It's that time of the month again ... kit reveal ... with the Counterfeit Kit Challenge Blog. Which of course means a hop around the Master Forgers.  This month we started with our Guest Designer, Nicole, and you should have reached me from Susanne.

This month the kit-to-copy, Felicity Jane's August Kit, called "Maggie", was a beautiful combo of orange and blue, black and white, stripes, plaid and florals ...

Markch Counterfeit Kit - Jimjams

Last month's kit featured pastel blue,so when I spotted a combination of orange and green stripes in my stash, I decided to go off at a slight tangent.  For some reason all my stripes are diagonals!

Now, I actually bought this kit (I'm drawn to FJ because of their florals I can cut out) but it hasn't arrived yet, so I'm going to be interested to hop along and see everyone's interpretation of it

I like that you wandered away a bit from the inspiration but I can still see it's influence in your kit. I like those black and white brads - definitely a very Felicity Jane touch.

A definite twist but very workable. Love all you have chosen.

I love that diagonal stripe that appears to have been your jumping off point. Really like the colours you've picked out - similar to the original but of course a Jim Jam kit!

A great combination of papers and plenty to keep you busy in the way of extras for your pages. Nice take on the inspo.

Oh very nice, I like that you have a wider color range to your kit. Enjoy!

Diagonal stripes are always so lively on the page - looking forward to spotting these in the month ahead. I like your little black and white brads/buttons.

Really, really, REALLY love those b/w brads that bring in a signature of the FJ kit vibe. Felicitations is the per-fect name for your kit!

Fun change from the original kit and I chuckled a bit when I saw the Keep Calm card in your kit, I have that same card in my kit too :)
